NITRO Associates Construction Consultants is a recognized professional services corporation providing Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling services (schedule updating, progress measurement, schedule analysis, cost / resource control, etc.), time impact / delay analysis services, and Primavera / scheduling software training. NITRO Associates has represented Owners, General Contractors, and Subcontractors and Developers.

NITRO Associates was started by the three current principals of the firm in the fall of 1992. Messrs. Sorensen, Tobias and Rosales were trained at Wexco International where they worked together for many years. The principals continue be hands-on with every assignment.
